WHO AM I ?

Jessica LAURENT, born in 1992 in France.

I am a Multi awarded Director and Mentor/Teacher interested in every medium as soon as they serve the story.

Since graduating from The Animation Workshop in January 2017 I have been working for various clients or companies like Cartoon Saloon, The Animation Workshop, The Viborg Animation Festival, The Prodigal Pictures, Nippon Nordic residencies, The Open Workshop residency, The Drawing academy (classic and portfolio), Filmes de Praça, Bryd Tavsheden, Wolfox and many others.

I am a very active and positive who is passionated by rhythm and the way things are connected. Through my work I strive to bring hope, tenderness and a new perspective on life to my audience.

I am Director that gathers a team of talented artists together to create something bigger than themselves. Working in or with a team is essential for me. 

I work with :
Directing Story, Scriptwriting, Storyboarding, Editing, Cinematography Concept and Ideas development Illustration and Design 2D/3D/Stop motion Animation
Teaching

I am open to any experience related to film-making, performances, animation or creation in general.
